Heather Negoslawski,
APRN, FNP-BC
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Inspired to offer the most advanced regenerative and anti-aging treatments, Heather founded LAH Wellness Center to educate and empower her patients. She dedicates time to developing personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals, focusing on achieving optimal wellness. Heather believes in a holistic approach, emphasizing that feeling good and being healthy on the outside is just as important as on the inside.
Heather is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a distinguished background in critical and primary care. Her career began with hands-on experience in the CVICU at Baylor Heart Hospital and the Medical ICU at Medical City of Frisco. Driven by a passion for expanding her scope of care, Heather pursued her Master's degree in Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Family Practice. As a board certified family nurse pracitioner, Heather has completed advanced training in regenerative treatments, diagnostic ultrasound, & orthopedic injections. Hands-on training and certification was completed at My Injection Training in Denver, Colorado—recognized as one of the leading institutions in regenerative medicine. Heather's in-depth education in medical injection techniques ensures that her clients receive the highest level of care. With a strong passion for both aesthetics and regenerative medicine, Heather’s approach is grounded in a comprehensive understanding of the body’s natural healing processes.

Dr. Ben J. Tittle is an award-winning Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 30 years of experience and knowledge in cutting edge Aesthetic Procedures and Cosmetic Surgery. His goal in the practice of plastic surgery is to deliver the highest quality patient care by applying knowledge and technical expertise within a caring and personal environment.
Dr. Tittle is an International Trainer and Speaker for multiple cosmetic and aesthetic companies, including Galderma, Allergan, Suneva Medical, Syneron, and Merz Aesthetics, Owner of Plastic Surgery of Texas, and past President of Dallas Society of Plastic Surgery.
